AT&T Internet Plans

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO APPLY FOR THE ACCESS PROGRAM FOR MANY WEEKS WITH NO SUCCESS. I  CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WERE GOING TO FIX IT NO FIXING DONE. I NEED TO RECERTIFY MY SERVICE . I CAN NOT DO THE APPLICATION SEVERAL TIMES I KEEP GETTING A WAITING SIGNAL WHEN UPLOADING

I've been without internet since Friday  morning. They sent someone out Saturday morning.  He was supposed  to send another tech guy  back never came. Called Customer service.  The worse nobody has an answer  for your questions.  Everything  is"I don't know".

Has anyone found a solution to the incompatability of Internet Air with VPNs. The speed using a VPN is almost nonexistant and my conversation with AT&T resulted in: It's a issue and our engineers are working on it. I don't have fiber in my area so that isn't an option.

So, ATT wants to raise your monthly bill by $5 if you don't subscribe to auto-pay but how will they protect the banking information if they continue to have these data breaches. Not a fan of subscribing to auto-pay....don't penalize the masses for those people that don't pay on-time.
