Internet pricing update
So, ATT wants to raise your monthly bill by $5 if you don't subscribe to auto-pay but how will they protect the banking information if they continue to have these data breaches. Not a fan of subscribing to auto-pay....don't penalize the masses for those people that don't pay on-time.

I refuse to do Auto-pay. I’ll forego the discount thankyouverymuch.
I use my bank’s Bill Pay option. That way, I do NOT share my financial information with a third party (ie AT&T).

I couldn't agree with you more but do not think its correct that ATT is charging us loyal customers with this so-called admin fee - that's complete (Edited per community guidelines)!

I just went back and reread the email that notified me of the change.
The increase of $5 is a given.
If using a debit card, the increase is offset by a $5 additional discount over what a CC gives, which zero out the increase. We’ll see if this holds in a few months.
I believe this is fair from my seat as I use debit card.
