Is there a minimum number of lines for a family plan? I can only find maximum number. I want to leave my family plan, but that would only leave 2 lines on the plan.

AT&T is charging me for a line that I haven’t used in a year. The phone was reported stolen and i asked them to cancel that line so I can start a new line with a different number. I upgraded from an 11pro to a 12 with a new number. I didn’t realize until yesterday they were still charging me 55.

Our bills have been going up slowly through the months and to make it worse the service hasn’t been working properly with the exception of texts and calls. Is anyone else having terrible service issues as well??
