Service has not been working
Our bills have been going up slowly through the months and to make it worse the service hasn’t been working properly with the exception of texts and calls. Is anyone else having terrible service issues as well??

i dont know where you are at but att service (Edited per community guidelines) in virginia now . we have a big government contract that we are about to break with them after we talk with our lawyers. service is real bad in huddleston va altavista va union hall va gretna va and moneta va for the last 2 months, and if they dont get off their tail we are pulling our contracts we have with them. we have gone from 4 bars to 1 or none in all these places and that is not acceptable at all for our officers. we left verizon for the same reason and suid them also and won. now working with t-mobile they are putting up new towers in all these areas in order to get our contracts. we have called att alot and sick of the bull we dont show any problems in these areas on our system, well maybe they should not go by what their computer shows and go out and check these spots. computers lie. we are sick of it. they have 2 weeks before we drop them for good and take our hole 911 system to another company.

Phone companies cannot just choose to put towers up everywhere. It is a more in-depth process, including getting approval through all the red tape. Individual towers may be months or years down the road because of all this.
Computers will not and never have guaranteed coverage at every specific spot. They just list furthest reach under good conditions. Many factors affect wireless so there is never guaranteed signal within the coverage maps no matter what company you go with.
Certainly go with whatever company best suits your needs, but a company throwing money and towers for an individual account (even a big one) doesn't seem likely. So if AT&T doesn't work for you now, they will not anytime soon so do what you must.
