Hi - I have a really old LG K20 phone that I want to give to a friend to use. I guess it is network locked. I do not have the code and I am not on AT&T. Who do I call or email to unlock this phone? Thanks.

Can't receive pictures through texts. It seems to be an issue if it's coming from another Android based phone. An image "square" shows up and says download paused. It gives me an option resume downloaded or Delete, but when I click resume, it doesn't download the picture. Galaxy Note 9.
