Why did my rate went up if it was locked forever?

Don't believe what the representatives tell you! I was ensured by the representative on the phone a year ago that my rate is locked at the rate of 69.99, and will never change. I occasionally open my account and what do I see? The rate is increased without any notifications to 74.99 in July 2023. I

As in the past ATT is unable to bill correctly. You completely messed me up for the day Jennifer came to my house. My credit that was locked was then compromised the next day. Then all (Edited per community guidelines) broke out on ATT because the in house opoerations cannot

Rewards being promised prior to purchase and later denied with reason system wont allow it.

I double checked about promotions prior to placing order and I was told I will get all promotions applied and my cart actually showed everything, however I was told I will have to wait for 1 month of service. Post to which, when I called them to apply my promotions as it did not apply automatically

Connection drop outs

We have never had any issues in the past. ATT has been rock solid for us since they brought fiber to the neighborhood, but I can confirm a very annoying connection issue is happening at my house.
