Two customer service agents lied to me about the international day pass working in a country my husband was visiting. They said he was covered. He wasn't. We now have an insane bill and although a third agent confirmed I was "misinformed" by two previous agents, they're refusing to reduce the bill.

Starting yesterday 5/6/24 I have some emails not being delivered. The sender is getting NO error message.  They are NOT going to spam.  They are NOT going to trash.  There are NO filters and NO blocks.  There are multiple senders, one being another address of my own.
