Help an email I don't recognized is showing as my user ID

5. Enter your new email address (in the format of `jdoe123@att.net`).
6. Follow the prompts to save your new email address.

Remember to check your email inbox to verify the updated address. If you don't see an email, make sure to also check your spam or junk folder. Keep your contact email up-to-date to avoid missing online payment receipts or other important notices.

Additionally, if you have a wireless account, you can assign your wireless number to your user ID. This allows you to recover your user ID or reset your password by text if you ever forget them.
