Hi @Preciousme33

We completely understand your concern and would like to help. Let's get the assistance you require.

For activating your All-Fi Hub, you can follow these steps:

  • Open your smartphone and turn off Wi-Fi to connect to cellular data.
  • Sign in to the AT&T Smart Home Manager app and complete the Internet Air installation. If you don't have the app, you can download it.

If you're encountering an issue that prevents your All-Fi Hub from activating (Error code E016), you should wait a little and then try your activation again. You can also:

  • Complete your registration by signing in to the AT&T Smart Home Manager app and completing the Internet Air installation.
  • Restart your All-Fi Hub: Press and release the reset button or unplug your hub and then plug it back in. The restart may take up to five minutes.

Let us know if this helps.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums,
