We can’t unlock this device until the former owner removes it from their AT&T account. it’s prepaid number but getting the bellow error when try to unlock. How to resolve this issue. Device is fully paid off.

can you sort ATT Voicemails by duration (longest to shortest)? That would help. I don't see anyone asked THIS question. I see my 1st question is a duplicate. Where's the answer?

My calls from inmate using GTL prepaid collection account won't allow permission

When I receive call from jail, operator states it is prepaid and if I accept, press zero. I pressed zero five times. Nothing happens. Operator repeats instructions then hangs up
