Hi! I just want to let anyone else know who is apart of the ACP program to CLOSELY MONITOR your account still! I was approved at the end of May for the ACP program. I am a full time college student and single mother who fell on hardship with losing my job. When I lost my job that is when I found out

I called 3 times now for my service to be canceled and was awarded full amount of 149.96 haven't got it yet and was charged again now 3 times after we canceled the first time. I'm getting really really sick of this. Just give me my 149.96 so we can part ways.

I have my email preferences to not get spam emails, as shown below: Why am I still getting marketing emails ATT? This is ILLEGAL under the CAN-SPAM act. I've reported this incident to the FTC - I urge everyone else getting marketing emails despite their preferences to do the same.

Who do I contact as I have been charged for internet service after cancelling service and returning equipment.

As a potential victim of the 73 million user's whose data was breached by AT&T's negligence, I have decided to use my Apple Cash account as a method of payment. After the data breach, AT&T has the gall to request either a debit card or bank router codes or else my bill will increase by $5 pe
