What is AT&T doing about the recent data breach, besides claiming it did not come from their network?

Two customer service agents lied to me about the international day pass working in a country my husband was visiting. They said he was covered. He wasn't. We now have an insane bill and although a third agent confirmed I was "misinformed" by two previous agents, they're refusing to reduce the bill.

This has to be the worst company for CUSTOMER SERVICE and SERVICE in general! I put in a service call to upgrade my internet.   Tech came out, then had to have a contracted company did a 4ft hole in mine and over into my neighbors yard to replace a cable.  The cable was replaced and
