recently installed AT&T service including home phone.  I have never set up my voice mail, however, when I lift my receiver I have "stutter" dial tone and was told that indicated I have a voice mail message. How can I access my voice mail, listen to the message, delete them and then setup?

I have a cable digital service with fiber optics. When I am on a call I get a beep and it shows me the caller id for another call coming in.. It wont let me press the flash button to take the call? Anyone know what the issue is and how it can be fixed? Thanks
