Every time I try to login it wants to send me a verification text, however it never does. Not to my phone and not to my husbands phone. So, I can't get into my account.

After notification from ATT that they were going to refund $5 for the outage I was satisfied. Got my bill for the 7 lines and phones that I pay for and was surprised to see only one credit for $5.  Really upset!!  I get $5 and the guy who has one phone gets the same $5….not right …really

I received two separate letters about my data being breached and how I was being offered free of charge by Experian's IdentityWorks. I have entered both activation codes and get messages that neither of them is valid.

Recieved a letter dated april 25, 2024 speaking to the recent data breach. Said I could sign up for protection through experian identity works, however when I filled out the form (which is good til August 2024) it kept stating the activation code was invalid. Really ATT????
