AT&T is charging me for a line that I haven’t used in a year. The phone was reported stolen and i asked them to cancel that line so I can start a new line with a different number. I upgraded from an 11pro to a 12 with a new number. I didn’t realize until yesterday they were still charging me 55.

Yesterday on May 2nd my Phone (Samsung A23) needed a software update ,so I decided to do just that,it was working completely fine etc. Today May 3rd I realize that it was moving very slowly in regards to certain apps ,so I decided to close all apps and restart my phone,and as a result: -the phone

So, I ordered my new phone on AT&T's site as a Device Upgrade with the (then current) promo which requires me to trade-in my old device. I got the new phone and everything, including all the packaging and paperwork needed to send in my old phone. The instructions tell me to drop off my trade-in
