Block online gaming on husbands phone

I need to block on line gaming on a phone. I am the subscriber and my child and husband are on my plan. How do I block him from downloading these apps like fan dual and another one? I am desperate

I received my $100 Reward Card but not sure how to use it. I know that I should use it as a credit card. Can it be used to buy groceries, clothes, or home products. I won't be using it for dinning out so should I leave enough to cover taxes. Thanks

Att photo storage

I will likely be switching to a different phone provider in the very net future. When I transfer to them I will also need a new phone. After getting a new phone and switching to a new provider, would I still be able to access the photos I have backed up on the att photo storage app?
