I just ordered the enhanced WiFi Package. I was expecting a new router and a new extender, but I only got one tracking number.  An extender arrived today, but no router.  Of course, the tracking number shows "delivered".  Any ideas how to get my router?

Tornado came through neighborhood Thursday, internet has been knocked out. NO ATT service trucks/vans to be seen. WOW, Google Fiber, Xfinity they are all here working. No ATT anywhere.

I've tried sending pictures to myself and a friend tried to send an Excel chart to me and I don't receive them, I get an error sent back. I have Outlook 2007.

AT&T 1070 11 shows before every phone number (+1 twice), e.g. 112125551212 rather than 12125551212 which makes callback impossible. This phone is being used with traditional lines (VOIP to POTS) not a switchboard. is there a bix?

On Tuesday, May 7th, I went to an AT&T store in Mesa, Arizona. The salesman who sold me the service had sent me there for them to transfer the numbers in the directory of my Verizon flip phone to my new AT&T flip phone. The salesmen were very rude and told me it couldn't be done.

I'm currently looking for a job and have seen one that I qualify for however, don't have the Secret clearance required. How does one get the clearance prior to getting the job. I thought that the hiring company sponsored the individual for the clearance and they could not get the job until cleared.

I've had numerous people contact me over the last few weeks to advise me they sent emails but they were not deliverable to my correct email address. They spelled everything right - it's just not being accepted on at&t's/my end, and bounces back to them.  This is becoming a chronic issue.

Starting yesterday 5/6/24 I have some emails not being delivered. The sender is getting NO error message.  They are NOT going to spam.  They are NOT going to trash.  There are NO filters and NO blocks.  There are multiple senders, one being another address of my own.
