Att has no speacial dals on plans no matter how long you’ve been with ATT.  Plans are published online at ATT.com.

4 lines on unlimited and more premium is $190 for the plan after auto pay discount.

https://www.att.com/plans/unlimited-data-plans.html

This Plan is eligible for 25% off each line for military.

https://www.att.com/offers/firstresponders.html?source=EC1W0000B000000CU

Offers from loyalty are not honored by support and may not be honored by the next person you speak with.

Apple provides 10% off all their products to military

At&t is not partnered with Frontier.  Frontier is the competition.

I was told today that ATT is partnered with Frontier here in Rowlett; If
they are not they are lying. Lying should not be lawful. Two people from
ATT told me today that they are recently partnered. Perhaps YOU are the one
who should get your facts straight!!

I used to admire A T and T's customer service. I have been with them for 15 years and things have gone downhill. I think your explanation of what has happened is spot on. It is sad, but I will eventually leave them because I don't expect things to get better. I've given up on them completely. I am not even mad anymore, just disgusted.

1)   This is a customer populated forum, not a way to reach At&t, so that’s NOT going to happen.

2)   The only “payment arrangements “ have to be made within your myATT app.  Terms of such arrangements are limited. At&t isn’t a loan company.

The "Office of the President" is in Mississippi while the corporate office is in Dallas, TX.  That tells you it's another run around.  I received a letter dated the day they cancelled my line that wasn't even formatted or punctuated correctly.  Letter states, "Ihaven't been able to reach you".  Well, you canceled the account - DUH!  BTW, the very same day of the cancellation and letter I also have a message "not to worry, may case is being worked on".
