AT&T Prepaid Turbo Hotspot 2

I purchased my hotspot from Walmart yesterday, set it up online, had connection for roughly 12 or so hours give or take, and now I'm not getting any bars. I haven't changed location or anything, but it's still not connected to service. Why can't I use my hotspot anymore?
