There’s an AT&T dead zone in my neighborhood and it’s seems to be worse than when we moved here. It’s outside, so not just in my house. Is there anything I can do other than switch to Verizon?

I purchased my hotspot from Walmart yesterday, set it up online, had connection for roughly 12 or so hours give or take, and now I'm not getting any bars. I haven't changed location or anything, but it's still not connected to service. Why can't I use my hotspot anymore?
