Ram Truck/ ATT not allowing service

ATT will not let many Ram Truck owners activate wifi hot spots in their trucks. They blame manufacture but not the case. Other owners with exact same equipment have service and be n allowed to activate new. Why is ATT blocking others. They keep saying it’s manufacture. Such (Edited per community guidelines).

The message we get for our 2021 RAM 3500 is below, VERY DISSAPPOINTING!!!!

In-car Wi-Fi hotspot service is currently unavailable for your vehicle.

If you cannot sign up for In-car Wi-Fi hotspot service, please know that we and your vehicle manufacturer are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

You will be notified when In-car Wi-Fi hotspot service is available for you to enroll. Thank you for your patience.

I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I'm not able to activate my wifi hotspot even though I have it. File a complaint with the FCC and with your Senators/Representatives. This has been going on since Dec 2021 from what I've seen and it's been 9 months now and no fix yet.

AT&T is saying my 2019 RAM 1500 is not WiFi ready when it was working (not all that well) previously and AT&T was charging me monthly. Now it says I need tp plug in a Harman Spark. What is that and why is it no longer working like it was? $20K cars are WiFi enable but a $60K truck is not?

Just to clarify when I bought my 2021 ram 1500 big horn. I got the wireless 1 year trial and IT WORKED! I missed the re-up date and it canceled.  Now suddenly it is not available? How could it possibly work perfectly for 1 year and now it is no longer available for my 1.5 year old truck?  This is the most lackluster customer service I have EVER seen. Spare me your spiel on calling in because I have WASTED NO LESS THAN 8 HOURS OF MY LIFE ON THE PHONE WITH THIS COMPANY, AND ON 3 WAY CALLS WITH DODGE!  I would rather drive a 10 penny nail into my trucks touchscreen than waste more of my life on hold waiting for nothing more than a copout. And, all of that no avail, if you don't want ram owners to have the service just say so. We clearly want a service you are not willing to provide. End our misery and give the contract to another company who actually wants to help and provide the advertised service.

My 2021 Ram Limited is having the same issue. I was able to sign up for a month back in April 2022 and October of 2021. Today, ATT acts like I do not have my vehicle registered and when I register it, I get the same message posted above.

This feels like a dispute between RAM and ATT? Any workarounds?
