Programming on 12/15 (Esquire, Chiller and Cloo)

Esquire is going away.

Chiller and Cloo go from U-200 to U-300.

From http://programmingchanges.att.com

Effective December 15, 2016, Esquire Network (channel 380 SD and 1380 HD and West channel 381) will be removed from U-verse.

Effective December 15, 2016, Chiller (channel 153) will no longer be included in the U200 package. Chiller will still be available in the U300 and above packages.

Effective December 15, 2016, Cloo (channel 161) will no longer be included in the U200 package. Cloo will still be available in the U300 and above packages.

So what.  It's gone for everyone.  This was announce in the Programming notices for December 2017.  But this was known in November from various news articles.  For example,

To my understanding at&t uverse is no longer providing Chiller Channel due to negotiations with NBC universal or whoever or whatever.

I have no problem with that. My problem is being a customer with Uverse 450 package I am still expected to pay my bill in full. Thus, not getting any credit to my account whatsoever for the discontinuing and disruption of the service. Not being notified beforehand thru Text, Email, phone call and/or letter. Really?

How can I start a petition to get Chiller back on DirectTv?
