S9 Android 9 (Pie) Update - Adaptive Battery

I received the Pie update this morning but the adaptive battery functionality seems to be missing.  Is anyone seeing this function on an S9? Did AT&T or Samsung decide not to implement this at this time? I didn't see any press to that effect.
