Offer of free AT&T Cell Booster by going to: att.com/AcceptMyDevice NOT WORKING
Hello,
I have a microcell to boost my signal. As 3G is going away, AT&T says to go to att.com/AcceptMyDevice to accept a free AT&T Cell Booster as supplies last. I've been trying to access the site for days from my phone and my laptop and it doesn't work. Recently sent a message to AT&T requesting assistance. Has anyone had the same issue or has anyone out there been able to access the site successfully?

@1urnman Can you use WiFi-C? Thought the question was clear but I guess not.

@1urnman Trying to help here but you’re not making it very easy. Do you have a phone that is WiFi-C capable in case AT&T drops the ball and you don’t get a Cell Booster before the free ones are gone? Otherwise, have you tried:
1. disable WiFi and use cellular only to access the website.
2. try a different browser after clearing caches/cookies
3. copy/paste the website address into a Private browsing window

That's great to hear, @bgrig1213! We're glad that you are able to find support here at AT&T Community Forums.
The troubleshooting steps recommended by @OttoPylot are great and have helped other customers who were, at first, unable to place an order for the new Cell Booster using the portal contained in the email sent to them.
Make sure to keep an eye out for the confirmation message by checking the other folders in your email, such as Junk or Spam. It is possible that it could have been directed to either file.
Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

Worked fine. The other response from OttoPylot was not very helpful. I thank you.

@1urnman What wasn’t helpful about my response? This whole Cell Booster ordering/registering/activation has been a mess by AT&T. So we ask as many questions as we can in hopes of finding a solution.

I wouldn't be horrifically bothered. I'm thinking that they tried the tips to try and register by link sent by email or snail mail and were met with frustration. The whole load-reload loop or the rapid-fire click, open, close nonsense.
And not to mention inherent search for "cure" and landing on a conversational point rather than weed through all posts and advice on the topic that if followed through consecutively works... but fall on a tried shortcut and reply that said XYZ worked without background details that led up to the solution working.
But squeaky wheels in the presence of the right people manage to get the grease heaped on. I'm so glad ATTHelp is on the case and seems to be clean sweeping and segue entitled folks right in, immediately.
Though a mild finger shake is deserved in the direction of those that claim to have found a solution and don't share it.
I found mine and was on this forum a hot, split second later and gave the bare-all details. It was a self-help solution found after a week of tinkering with a "broken" web link.
Help a fellow AT&T subscriber and spill yer soul, man. 😝
