Offer of free AT&T Cell Booster by going to: att.com/AcceptMyDevice NOT WORKING

Hello,

I have a microcell to boost my signal. As 3G is going away, AT&T says to go to att.com/AcceptMyDevice to accept a free AT&T Cell Booster as supplies last.  I've been trying to access the site for days from my phone and my laptop and it doesn't work.  Recently sent a message to AT&T requesting assistance.  Has anyone had the same issue or has anyone out there been able to access the site successfully?

@Forum8855 There at present any new information on using the weblink other than what has been posted. Which is:

1. Disable WiFi and try the link thru a cellular connection, or

2. Cut/paste the weblink into a Private browser window, or

3. Try a different browser after clearing the caches/cookies

As mentioned, if ATTHelp sees your post they may be able to get one order for you as long as you were a previous MicroCell user with an active account.

@wolfox AT&T will rarely, if ever, respond to a direct "@" notification became that just goes to a community drop box so it may not ever get seen.

I turned off WiFi and typed in att.com/AcceptMyDevice and it went through. Got my verification code and now the site says "Promotional Offer has Expired"  My letter says by March 31,2022.  ??? Now what??

@dragonlady8126 Demand exceeded supply for those that were able to get thru. March 31st was a best case date but unfortunately the demand was greater than AT&T anticipated.

The Cell Booster will go on sale in a couple of weeks for $229. Once they go on sale, you MAY be able to call Support, explain what happened, and they MIGHT be able to get one to you for free but that will be on a case-by-case basis. They did something similar with the MicroCell but that was years ago so no telling what the new policy will be. And don't expect to get any help for a Corporate Store or a Reseller Store, they won't have a clue.

I was on the phone for an hour & a half going from one person to the other & could not get any help. I have had my Micro Cell since 2013 & have had perfect service. We run our business out of our house. If they can't help may have to change service to Team Mobil. Have been with AT&T 20+ years but when you can't get help anymore may be time to move on. Plus I'm tired of everyone using Covid as an excuse for their customer service.

@suemilo01 The weblink, as you know, never worked correctly for most people. Those that were able to get thru quickly depleted the inventory of free Cell Boosters. It only took about 2 weeks or so for AT&T to run out. Demand far exceeded the supply, much to AT&T's surprise and poor planning. The remaining inventory is being built back up in anticipation of them going on sale in a couple of weeks.

@RTYoungren  The free Cell Booster program was discontinued about a month ago. Demand exceeded supply for those that were able to get thru. You can purchase them now online at AT&T.
