Watching Max

My issue is the same as @Pedro924 and @Kelliegirl  HBO account was set up on my own account and now have to share using one family account. I had tried to get someone to help but no one reached out. I have gone thru the steps you listed for Pedro.   Please refer to a specialist.

On Edge HBOmax has better color, better detail and plays more smoothly. Is there something I can change to correct this? With Win 11.

Every time I try to play a show on HBO Max using DIRECTV Stream, I get an error message 'Can't Play Title'. Is anyone else having this issue. HBO Max is included in my subscription package, so why isn't it working?
