Devices and subscriptions employee
HBO Max works on our Apple devices, the login was created when we got the Dirctv discount a couple years ago. On our streaming devices at home it no longer works because we let the Dirctv go after they removed the discount. Reading some of the Q&A that was sent out, it looks as though we should still be able to access HBO Max at home via streaming (Firestick etc..)
Do I need to log out of all apps/devices with the email and PW that was used during the dirctv promo and sign in with wireless account or what?

Let's share which plans and devices are compatible for HBO Max streaming, souderbros!
Since you'd cancelled your HBO Max subscription that you were receiving through DIRECTV, you no longer are able to stream HBO Max through your DIRECTV service. In order to stream through your wireless account, you'd need to be on an eligible plan. Then you'd set up your plan for HBO Max and sign in using your AT&T Wireless credentials to stream. You can visit the HBO Max Help Center to find supported devices.
Before signing in to HBO Max, you might need to set up your plan for HBO Max.
HBO Max is limited to 3 concurrent streams per account. Streaming on too many devices can interfere with streaming. The recommended minimum download speed is 5Mbps. If other people are using the same network, ask them to temporarily pause their activity.
You can find additional troubleshooting tips for streaming by visiting the HBO Max Help Center. Also, check out additional ways that can impact your streaming experience by viewing our Forums article titled Streaming Troubleshooting - Are You Getting The Signal?
