What is AT&T doing about the recent data breach, besides claiming it did not come from their network?

I received two separate letters about my data being breached and how I was being offered free of charge by Experian's IdentityWorks. I have entered both activation codes and get messages that neither of them is valid.

I have attempted numerous times to get on Experian to enroll in IdentityWorks provided by AT&T due top the data breach. The link AT&T has provided will not connect to enroll. What am I supposed to do now?

Suddenly my email is not downloading on any of my devices (PC, laptop and iPhone). Today I tried changing my settings to smtp.mail.att.net from yahoo.com but it would not complete. Where can I find all the settings (outgoing, port, ssl, etc) for Outlook to enable my emails?
