It is May 1st & continue with problem of not being able to sign in to "myatt.com". Very disappointed that this powerful board did not resolve this pesky problem. My next move will be to call by telephone to number ending in 2020. Not a pleasant task plus very time consuming.
I will wait a few more hours with optimism that a solution will arrive.

I’m seriously considering disconnecting my internet it’s crazy that you pay double your bill if the services are suspended. I have never received my bills and usually I would get a call and pay immediately but lately I’ve received nothing and have paid almost 100.00 a month for home WiFi I’m sure almost there’s a cheaper service out here. Especially since there are hardly any hotspots available in my area. The manager I spoke with Alicia Howard was super rude and I’m just not feeling it soooo I think it’s time for me to move on they no longer care

I sympathize with your ATT difficulties. Surprised your conversation with manager went poorly. Suggest you analyze your need for Internet/WiFi and other services & then request quotes from other providers plus returning to ATT for assistance. Be very specific with your desire & request recommendations. Do not allow them to drag you to multiple additional services.
Good luck with this not very pleasant task.

I get so irritated by not being able to login as it happens waaay to often. Then you have to waste time calling in to be told in order to even simply make a payment to GIVE them $$$ they want you yet to STILL give them $$$ to take your $$$. How's that for insult to injury.

AT&T FOR BEING ONE OF THE MAJOR PLAYERS HAS THE LOUSIEST CONGLOMERATION OF MUMBOJUMBO TO FIND ANYTHING AND THEN TO GET ASSISTANCE TAKES ABOUT OF 3 HOURS OF WAITING.

I have tries about a dozen time to login over two days and I still have not been able to login to my new TV to watch DirecTV.
It is the worse sign-in system I have ever used! I am going to return the tv set and bad mouth the sign in pages for the rest of my life!

I sympathize with your difficulty. The only aid I can offer is when calling ask for THE LOYALTY DEPARTMENT. This group quite skilled and found to be quite helpful.

Sympathize with you on sign in problem ]. I refer to earlier recommendation made to ask for Loyalty Department when calling ATT for assistance. I find the personnel in this group to be quite competent.
