Can someone recommend a compatible and reliable WiFi extender to use with my 5268AC Router? ( have Internet 25 plan)

Numerous posting about the web indicate that ATT can support WiFi calling for the device, but chooses not to. I have a location without cellular coverage that requires it, and must have the service. Short of dumping ATT, is there any way to communicate with them to unblock the service?
