Internet Momentarily Disconnecting Multiple Times Per Day
Hello,
For 3 days or so, my ATT internet has been momentarily dropping several times per day, causing me to face penalties in multiplayer video games for leaving mid game. It appears to occur regardless of time of day and thus I cannot plan around it. Is there any way to resolve this issue or get compensation if it cannot be resolved?

If you’re using a WiFi connection supplied by the gateway to play competitively online, that dog don’t hunt.
If using a wired connection, which gateway there and firmware level on it?

We're here to get you back in the game, @AlexMig!
Just as our ACE @gr8sho mentioned, gaming over Wi-Fi is less reliable as opposed to a hard-wired connection. If you have the chance to try gaming with an Ethernet cord, let us know if that improves your experience online.
Along with the Ethernet cable suggestion, let's have you reboot your gateway the next time you are experiencing the disconnects. This can refresh the connection and at times resolve a host of concerns, such as what you are inquiring about.
Also, can you let us know if any of your gateway lights are flashing or red when the drops occur? This could point to it being a hardware issue. You can use the drop-down menu in the aforementioned link to find your gateway model and find out what the lights mean.
We look forward to hearing from you!
