Can't seem to find anyone at AT&T who can fix my AT&T WIFI issue in my house!!!!!

I am exhausted from dealing with AT&T the last 2 weeks: Phone, Chat (3 times), and 2 Techs came out to the house, one of which was a Sr. Tech. My WiFi is still having intermittent issues. I'm at my wits end here. I had a new router, new WAP, new wireless DVRs to go with the WAP installed and I'm having worse issues now with getting signal on my DVR and WiFi working than I was when all this started. I have 1000GB Fiber Service! I shouldn't be getting speeds of 20 Mbps down and less than 10 Mbps up... not even close! The last Sr. Tech I had come out to my house told me he can't fix something that's not broken (and everything was working fine when he was here).. Well, did he ever think to look in my Garage at the box that supplies the Fiber to my house? No!!! I had to think of it myself and actually, didn't think about it until a few minutes ago! The Data light is blinking yellow. I powered the box off, and watched the data light turn green, then went back to blinking yellow.

Anyone know why my Data light is blinking yellow?

I will be escalating this on Monday to a Retention Manager, but it would be helpful if someone could assist prior to then.
