Here is the direct link to the AT&T Copyright Infringement Tutorial. Once on this page click the cap entitled 'Tutorial'. A pop up box will open and ask you to sign in, please disable any pop up blockers. We understand that you are having problems signing in to complete this step. For some reason which AT&T has still not solved this solution is not working. I tried all of it then even reset my wifi which also didn't work
and then I reinstalled windows on my computer to clear everything out and that did not solve anything. After two phone calls to AT&T support
that lasted over one hour there was still no direct solution found. Sorry you guys are having such a hard time but surely there will be a fix some day.

Same issue as I cannot find a resolution anywhere for this problem.
Any browser, any time, any where, I receive an error message.

Anyone find out what happens if you can't take their stupid tutorial?
No help at all on this website except foreign bots telling me to reboot my computer.
