As stated over the phone here is the information on how to create your member ID. Please let us know if you can sign-in after creating.

All done.  It is still stupid to make people get an ATT email when they already have registered to manage  their account.  All of this could have been avoided.

Glad to hear that it worked for you @Nole1NBoca. We understand how frustrating that can be having to make a members ID to access tutorial.  Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any further questions are concerns. Thank you for choosing AT&T.

I have been unable to access the tutorial for the past week due to what is labeled a server error. I’ve tried to reset my cookies, clear my cache, and utilized several different laptops with no luck. Every attempt led me to a sever error page.

I spent thirty minutes talking to a support member via message chat today. She had a tech call me from a particular group (seems to be your copyright support group), install a screen share app to my laptop, just so he could see me recreate this issue. After two attempts he finally believed me.

He realized that my account did not have a User ID associated with it. Thirty minutes spent with him… He transferred me to a third team who could assist with profile credentials… I spent another hour with this new trying to associate a User ID with my account. This included trying to create an att.net email from scratch to trick your system to assigning me a User ID. Still no luck.

After two hours I finally told the CSR that This has completely drained me of all hope and that’s it’s clear that he didn’t have any administrative ability to enter a user ID for me which seems should be simple. I told him clearly his system doesn’t make any sense if I’m just trying to appease your tutorial which should be a painless process. He had no words.

At this point it’s easier for me to get internet service from another company rather than getting bounced around your CSRs who have no way of assigning a user ID to me… I simply want to take this tutorial. Please offer a simple solution…

I had trouble with this as well.

What worked for me was creating the complementary AT&T email that ends with att.net and log in using that rather than a third party email address. After that you should be able to complete the tutorial.

@supernova1477  spamming the forums is frowned upon especially 5-6- and 7 year old threads

Can't imagine why it's frowned upon when this is still an ongoing issue and as you pointed out AT&T hasn't been able to do anything about it for YEARS. Unbelievable

I'd assume idiotic posts like this is also frowned upon in the forums
