I can not sign in the copyright infringement tutorial

This link still doesn't work and no one will help - so either they fix it or if they adjust my service, I will just move it to somewhere that has better customer service 

has anyone been able to take the tutorial?  I have a few days to complete it but i can't seem to connect to it!

Honestly, I think you don't need to worry. AT&T obviously does not care to fix it or respond to any of us.  My deadline came and went and nothing has changed.  So, you'll be fine.

There is no answer and AT&T obviously doesn't care.

Haven't heard a word and even spent an hour on the phone with AT&T about this. The rep had no idea what I was referring to and I've never received a response.

OK, so I only get the same Unable to process message that everyone else is receiving.  Anyone find a solution to this yet?
