Taxes charged on the share all plan in NEW YORK

Hi,  I am looking for someone who has the new share all plan with at least 2 lines that are $20.00 each.  I am looking to see how much tax they are being charged for the $20.00 line fees as far as taxes and surcharges are.  Any information would be appreciated.

Greetings @momof02kidz!

I will be more than happy to help get you the information on taxes!

It will depend on which plan you pick. We offer multiple Mobile Share Advantage plans at different prices.  Here is a link to an article about taxes, surcharges and fees which are based on your state.

Hopefully this helps!

 @momof02kidz  I used it to calculate me CT taxes and it came out 22 cents higher than the calculator.

Lizdance,

What tool did you use to get the taxes you were paying in CT?  I do not see any link except for just information about taxes

@momof02kidz Click here: https://www.wireless.att.com/cell-phone-service/additionalcharges/

It's not a tool so much as info. But you put in your ZIP and get specifics back...

FYI, for MI I got $5.61 (when I use my $15 line fee as the base) but I pay $4.36.

Can you give me a breakdown of all the fees and taxes you pay?  I also understand that there are no taxes on the data/phone service.

Thanks

Can you tell me exactly how you did the calculations?  I went to the link that you gave me and I am unsure how you multiplied it.  Say if the fee for the line charge $15.00, I see that there is a Feder Universal Fund 16.7%, Regulatory fee $.098 Adm Fee .$076.  But where does the other AT&T charges get charged?  2.90% $0.31 etc.  .  Can you please help me an trying to figure this out?  thanks!

If it's just a dollar amount, you add it on. If it's a percent, you apply it to $15 (just like your federal, state and SS taxes are all different percents based on your pay).
