When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA?

When are you going to resolve the problem with TEGNA?  It's disrupting my service in watching WFSS (channel 8 - ABC) in my area.  Customers should not have to deal with the petty problems between Uverse and TEGNA.  Work it out or lose a long time subscriber.

Very frustrated that our favorite channel is no longer available to watch via Direct TV. Live i Colorado and NBC KUSA is no longer allowed to broadcast. Due to this issue and similar issues we are considering dropping Direct TV and going back to using antenna. This inconvenience is not worth the cost and hassle of paying for paid TV provider when their our so many free ways to view TV programing. Direct TV please resolve these ongoing negotiation inconvenience issues ASAP or lose another long term customer. 12+ years of being a Direct TV customer. Not fair for having this issue and paying the monthly subscription cost for issues of getting along with your business to business partners. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

The only way to avoid service interruptions due to contract negotiations is to use an OTA antenna.

All TV providers (AT&T/Comcast/Spectrum/etc.) have to negotiate with station owners.  In a perfect world, things are settled before the cut off date but that's not always the case and no TV provider is exempt.

No station is guaranteed to be in your TV package.  Hopefully, this will be settled soon.  You can call CS to request a credit to your bill.

So I have two accounts with UVerse and I am sure AT&T will expect me to pay my full bill even though they are not holding up their end of the deal. The fact that I pay almost $500/month for services and I can not get a local channel??????

This makes no sense at all and it not fair to the customers you already charge too much to.

We are furious that we can no longer view NBC, our favorite channel.   The first notice indicated Direct TV was negotiating to continue it's broadcast and that we could still view it on our computer (which we did).  However, when we tried to watch "Days of Our Lives" on our laptop today there was a message that "viewing was being blocked by our provider, Direct TV.  This is HUGE for us and will probably result in changing providers.  No compensation for loss and inconvenience of course.

I would like to be reimbursed for having to purchase an antenna so i can see programs on NBC,  which i am PAYING FOR. I'm tired of no one fixing this situation. $39.00 for the antenna and a credit on my account for not receiving NBC.

Ridiculous

That is our Directv/AT&T only response. Drop them like a rock and cut the cord! Time to throw our the ATT with the dish! I'm giving them to Sunday night KC vs BRonscos game and then, done.

And what do you do when other providers cannot reach deals with channel owners @badseedatl?

What is the big deal with reaching an agreement with that company to carry that channel on Directv. Please get i fixed or I will leave and go to Spectrum. I just called last month. Spectrum offered me the same package for $100 less a month than I pay to AT&T. AT&T offered me a $60 less price per month to keep me. That $100 a month offer is still out there for me if you don't get this fixed.

How about this. AT&T pays whatever TEGNA is asking, which is one of the highest increases they've ever seen and then passes that cost increase on to you? Spectrum is due for a contract negotiation with their affiliate partners as well so what are you going to do then?
