Why should AT&T Customers pay their full bill when we do not get the channels we pay for?

So I have two accounts with UVerse and I am sure AT&T will expect me to pay my full bill even though they are not holding up their end of the deal. The fact that I pay almost $500/month for services and I can not get a local channel??????

This makes no sense at all and it not fair to the customers you already charge too much to.
