Cannot Access My Email on ATT or Log Into MyATT

I’m having problems logging into ATT.net and MyATT. It appears that the program locks after password is entered. Please fix this problem.

To troubleshoot this problem, we recommend following these steps:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. The cache is used by your browser to speed up page loading. Files are stored on your local drive so your browser doesn't have to constantly download them. Cookies are a small file that stores your preferences on a web visit. Sites change over time, and when it does, the files saved in your cache and cookies may conflict with what is actually coded on the site. Clearing it out ensures that your browser is using the settings designed for the website.
  • Flush your computer's DNS cache. Sometimes, for various reasons, the DNS cache becomes corrupt or out of date. The most common result is that you can’t get to some web sites in your browser, or the websites don't properly load.
  • Disable IPv6. This can help improve the website's loading time.
  • Use an incognito browser. This is a workaround for some issues.
  • Restart your gateway and computer. Typically a reboot of devices such as your gateway and the device having the issue should correct it.

If you're still unable to access your accounts, send us the following details:

  1. Have you tried accessing your email and service accounts on different devices? This can help us determine if this is a device or web issue.
  2. If the MyAT&T website isn't working, did you try the app? If you can sign in on the app, that will let us know that we need to take a look at the website.
  3. Exactly what happens after you enter your password? This will help us determine what's going on and help you troubleshoot further.
  4. What are you using to acces your email? Currently is the official website for AT&T mail, so make sure that's what you're using.

I can access my emails on my iPhone 13 and MACBook Pro 16. However, as of 5 days ago, I have been unable to access email on my Apple IPAD Pro running IPADOS 16.5.1. It locks up after entering the User ID and does not allow me to enter my password. I'm signing in through ATT Sign in to access ATT Mail and Currently.com. I have tried shutting the iPad down but to no avail.

If your other devices aren't giving you any trouble, we recommend reaching out to Apple's support team, if you haven't already, to see if there's something going on with iPad OS 16.5.1 that's preventing you from accessing your email. This doesn't appear to be an account problem, since you're able to sign in elsewhere.

Thanks. I installed the latest IPad OS update  (16.6.1 (20F75)) and now my ATT email is working again.
