How do I leave feedback for an in-store experience?

I had a good experience at an AT&T store, today. How can I leave feedback for the associate who helped me?

Greetings @silence1023,

Welcome to the Community Forums! I hope you enjoy your stay. I am very glad to hear you had a positive store experience and wish to leave feedback! I can assist you with this.

Depending on the store location, you can leave a direct review by visiting our Store Locator Page. Once here, locate your store, click on it. From here, scroll down, and on the right hand side you will see “write review”.

In addition to this, we can pass your feedback directly to the location. I will be sending you a private message, in order to gather more details.

I look forward to speaking with you!

How do I leave a very negative complaint about Store #T119 in Burlington, VT?  I'd like to lodge it above the District Manager level, who is part of the problem.  Thanks.

I had a very bad experience in store and would like to tell someone about it. How can I do that?

I know most people will only get on and leave a review when they have had a bad experience. I on the other hand had a very good experience on my last visit to the AT&T store located at 4412 E. New York St Aurora IL. 60504. We were taken care of by consultant Lainey Kim she worked with us and help us through a switch over process on multiple phones. Lainey has a great personality and is very patient with working with us through the process.

Lainey worked with us to make sure we got the best available deal, she made some suggestions on how we could save money and we never felt like we were being rushed. I would recommend to anyone who has to go into the store for help to visit this site and hopefully you will get the same pleasant experience we received.

Thank you to Lainey for the great service

3280 E Flamingo Rd. Las Vegas, NV 89121

I came here today 12/5/2020 to turn my prepaid account into postpaid and purchase a new device. While I have received a stellar service from the staff, especially, William J. who helped me with my purpose of visit and whom was very patient, accommodating, and was very professional, I definitely did not appreciate the way I was mocked by this person with a longhair while going through the process of activating my new account who turned out to be the store GM. I work for Department of Homeland Security/TSA, and it is stated in our government issued credential that we are a Federal Emergency Responding Official. I was trying to see if I can use it to get a discount as they are offering them to EmergencyResponders. This GM made an unnecessary statement in normal speaking volume in front of me, in front of his colleague, and within eves drops of other customers who where their that "TSA is not law enforcement, but they like to act that way." before walking away. I understand if you do not think I deserve any discount and I would be very happy to pay what is due since I am happy with the AT&T service, but I do not think it is necessary for him to mock my profession. If you have a bad experience with DHS/TSA it is within your right to feel upset and say anything negative, but not while you're on duty, your employees are looking up to you for example and I was not there and have nothing to do with it. Therefore; I do not deserve to be mocked in front of people. The GM would probably just get a slap in the hand and nothing at all, but at least it's here for people to see that I am a DHS federal government employee and this is how the GM at this store treated me. William J. should be the GM, he talks well, acts well, and treats customers like me with outmost respect and not that guy. This won't be the final place that I'll be sharing my experience with this AT&T store.

@jsecofficer

Never an excuse for rude behavior from any business.

The Flamingo Road in Las Vegas is an authorized retailer, not an AT&T owned store. That means the people that work in the store do not work for AT&T.    So At&t has no hand slap authority over them.

You can leave a review,  through Yelp, Google or other method.

(the store label is confusing.  It's labeled an authorized retailer but somewhere in the fine print it says something about a corporate store at the corner of Flamingo and Swenson.)

OK DO NOT USE AT AND T EVER.....horrible company, first they sold an Apple watch that was , according to them "Compatible" with my phone, we asked 3x was they sure it was compatible and told yes even by assistant manager. We purchased the item them when associate went to Pair the device, it WOULD NOT pair due to it was not compatible. The associate said we could return the item BUT the assistant manager said we had to pay the 55.00 restocking fee... now... with that said we never even touched this item at all..... Then just to be able to get our money back WHICH we were told would be immediately put on our card ( which i knew was a total lie) but we had no choice. We were given a receipt that showed what we would be refunded. After checking with my CC company today we were told 1) the first payment that was taken from our account was not processed yet... 2) there is no record with our CC company of a refund even requested ( only where AT& T originally withdrew funds from our CC for payment and here's the kicker 3) it will take 10-14 business days after AT & T requests it for us to POSSIBLE get refund. Only positive outcome of whole entire situation ( which we spent over 2 hours in store) is the sales associate tried every thing she could but apparently the manager was not in and COULD NOT be reached and the assistant manager could not make any decisions ..... this is extremely poor business practice PLUS when contact corporates dept. with At & T they referred us back to original store....

@TammyCuevas

So call AT&T and complain.   If you were doing business with an AT&T corporate store and not an authorized retailer they will probably credit you back the $55 restock fee.

The Apple watch is compatible with iPhone. If you did not own an iPhone an Apple watch is not compatible as a companion device.

The Apple watch SE and Apple watch 6 are capable of being Standalone devices, or Apple iPhone synced.

And is this sales associate Who Sold you the watch the same one who worked really hard to get you your refund?
