"Too many sign-in attempts" error code.

Once again the "Too many sign-in attempts" error code has returned. In order to log into either my ATT account, DirecTV account, or verify my subscription using a firstick app I need to reset my password. The login issue shortly after the data breach. Called tech support and they had no clue.

Paramountplus is now accepting U-verse credentials for login. Download the paramount+ app to your device and open it.  In a web browser, go to paramount plus.com/partner and select AT&T U-verse to login. There are a lot more movies and shows available now than on the deprecated Show

Updated U-Verse app has garbled account information and the wrong channels

I just tried to use my U-Verse app, had to update and now all the system info is garbled letters and numbers and the tv stations are not ours. I have deleted the app and reloaded, but nothing changes.

My DVR is erratic in response

Sometimes my DVR reacts on the first click from the emote - at other times I need to repeat the click 3 or more times to get the response I am seeking. I don't believe it is the remote aas I changed the batteries and the remote is working to the TV - just the DVR is unresponsive.
