ATT Rewards

After speaking with several agents and a supervisor today, I was told that my time to claim my $200 Visa Rewards had expired and there was nothing that could be done. Spectrum would have taken care of this. Their customer service is far superior to ATT/DirecTV. This reward was part of the reason why I switched. The sales representative said that I would receive a gift card by mail and never mentioned that I need to check my email to claim it. I'm switching back to Spectrum.
