I need a refund on my bill I pre payed by a scheduled payment but forgot I did that so payed my bill again help I have other things I have to pay how can I get that money back

You will have to call and ask for a refund, otherwise the additional payment will just post as a credit to your account. If at all possible, just let it sit and it will pay for your next bill. ATT is not fast at refunds. By the time ATT sends the refund, the next bill will just about be due anyway.

I agree with @sandblaster. By the time your money is taken out of your account to send back to you your next bill will be due and you won’t have the check yet.
