We certainly don’t to make your wireless experience rough on your ears with a loud call waiting tone! I can help with this.
To change the loudness of the call waiting tone, you can press the volume down button on your phone while the call is in progress and the tone will lower. To see how to use the volume buttons, you can visit our Device Support page and select your device, then select “Learn how to use”, and then under “About your device”, select “Device Layout”. This page will show you each button on your device and explain their functions.
