We have all been there, the dread after you have dropped your phone, “I hope the screen is not cracked!” If this is you and your screen was cracked, we have you covered!
You may be able to get your cracked screen repaired instead of replacing your phone with the AT&T Device Protection. Choose from a convenient repair location, having a tech come to you, or visiting a qualifying store to get it repaired immediately! If you have AT&T Device Protection and need to repair your screen you can:
- File a claim Online: phoneclaim.com/att
- Call Asurion Mobile Protection: 888.562.8662
Make sure to file your claim within 60 days of loss or damage
