Switching to AT&T and not getting full rebate for switching.

Extremely disappointed with this. I switched to AT&T in March and we just nno got our rebates for switching and it wasn't even the amount we were told we were getting. I regret switching and I'm hoping Verizon or another company will have some type of compensation when we decide where we will go. Extremely disappointed with the outcome when we were promised things that weren't given. If I had to rate it would be negative stars.

Att is almost criminal.  They never sent me gift card.  I complained.  I get put on hold then transfered to dead line.  On my 4th phone call now.

Att's actions are almost criminal.  They never sent my rebate and then when I complained I was transfered to a deadline twice.  ATT stinks and they know it.  They suck on purpose.

Hello @brpinion!

I am so sorry you have had this experience while waiting to receive your rebate! I understand how frustrating it can be, but I would be more than happy to help find a resolution for you.

The rebate program is run by Young America; however I was able to find a phone number and an email submission form you can use. Once you submit an email, you should receive a response within 1-2 business days. Their number is 1-866-852-8617; they are open Monday – Saturday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST

Hope this helps out, please don’t hesitate to come back!

I am complaining about not receiving my rebate for changing my internet from comcast to at&t and bundling it with direct-tv.  I clicked the link you provided and it is asking information about a "wireless swicher" program.  Isn't that some other rebate?  Further,  I have been trying to fix this problem for months and now it is 2 weeks beyond the deadline to get the rebate.  Who do I talk to about that?  This whole problem is because att entered my address wrong in the rebate department (of course the billing department got it right).  They admitted this on the phone to me.  The rebate center has the wrong address and now they say they cannot fix it in the rebate department.  Can you address this problem?

@brpinion

It would help if you were in the right forum.  This is the wireless forum, as in Cellphones.

You should be posting in the TV or Internet forum.

The below message directs me a "wireless" carrier "switcher" rebate. I changed my internet provider and bundled it with U-verse/Direct-tv. What does that have to do with a "wireless" rebate? I am confused. Was this just a auto response? Is there anyone at AT&T who will actually address the problem.

@brpinion That response from ATTCares directed you to the wireless switcher rebate info because this is the cell phone forum and that is what this thread is all about. In your initial two posts, you said nothing about internet service. You need to post your concern in the UVerse forum and/or contact @ATTU-verseCare via private message.
