Cant Manage Features

I had the EXACT same issue the last time i have U-Verse Voice, @ATTHelpForums @ATTU-verseCare can you help!

You have to call 800-288-2020 and asked to be transferred to technical support. They will check if you used the primary member ID and if you did, they will escalate it to their back office.
