Port forwarding for xbox one and my uverse router

I was told to call and talk with a tier 2 reprasentative about forwarding for my xbox one. I was told this information because im not getting the speeds I should for my xbox which I was told about by my xbox.com reprasentative. Can you tell me what port i need opened or forwarded for my xbox one. I use the 1st port with an ethernet cord to the xbox one console. So it's hard wired. Please help!!!!

I think it the needs the port numbers from xbox. Once you have that, the tech support agent would need to access settings of rg and enter the port numbers and should work. Robot Happy

I seriously doubt that changing your port forwarding would help, but if you are to go that route:

1) You need to get Microsoft to tell you exactly what ports need to be forwarded to help with this (and please post them here), and

2) You can do port forwarding yourself, by going to the Broadband / Firewall settings on your U-verse Gateway (at http://192.168.1.254/ ).
