Gigabit internet timing out, not connecting

I'm currently using my phone for a wifi hotspot, my gigabit internet is slow to the point that I can't open basic websites like gmail without dropping down to basic html settings.  

 

I've gone through the AT&T website for the past hour trying to find some troubleshooting for my connection but haven't had any luck.  Found on another forum where someone recommended resetting the router, which hasn't worked.

 

According to my computer I have a strong signal, and I thought that it might be a device-specific issue with wireless settings on my laptop, however all three of our laptops are having the same issue and our wireless printer can't sync the the network.

 

Was hoping that it might just be a temporary outage, but it's been 3 days.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse service gigapower interrupt problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap and gone above and beyond.
