Connecting to Microsoft Exchange on AT&T Uverse

I just switched ISP to AT&T Uverse and I cannot connect to my company email through Microsoft Exchange (Outlook 2010).

I was able to get AT&T to remove the block on Port 25 but that did not solve the issue.

Had no issues whatsoever using my company email account for years on Comcast and the old regular AT&T DSL.

Bruce in India has been my level 2 tech support but he sounds like more of a messenger than a tech.

What can I do?

I am not using AT&T Mail. I want to connect to my Microsoft Exchange account through Outlook on AT&T Uverse. Same as I was able to do on Comcast and AT&T DSL.

I used Outlook 2010 with a hosted Corporate Email server on a U-verse HSI connection.  My first question for you would be does Outlook Web Access work from home?

Yes it does.

I went into Mail on the Control Panel and created a new account. It worked.
My only concern is it would not connect to an encrypted server but it did
connect unencrypted. Is that a problem?

Thanks

It should connect to either.  You might look at this page for some tests you can perform, if your corporate IT is of no help:
