Cannot switch between email inboxes in yahoo mail

I used to be able to switch between my 2 email accounts in yahoo mail. I would open one account, read and respond to those emails with that email address, then click on on my name, upper right side of page, and it would pull down my 2 accounts, I would click on second account and that page would open with al those emails. Now, I cannot do that at all without first signing out, having togo to the ATT login page and reentering all my sign in id's again. And even then it will only keep going back to my first account. Any ideas what is going on? I man Apple Mac desktop user.It seems to only be happening on my desktop, not my iPad or iPhone. Thanks in advance for any ideas and help!

Hi @gaichinger,

If you are using a mail client to retrieve your E-Mails, check your setting for each E-Mail address. You can Manage your Email using the myAT&T app. Simply login and follow the steps below. Log on to app. Select My plans & features. Hit the “plus” drop down button next to your Internet service. Select Manage my network & email. Learn more about managing your E-mail account on our website.

I have this exact problem and the solution did not solve it.  I don't want the accounts to be linked because one of the accounts is personal and one is business.  Thanks

This is not actually addressing the problem stated. The answer provided in discussion is not the correct answer for what is being asked. Lets say you have "Two" AT&T email or Yahoo email accounts. When you are logged in "one" of the AT&T email accounts, and you click on "Add or Manage" email accounts, and you have the option to "add" or "log-in" to your other email account. When you attempt to log in with your credentials to the other email account, with your username and password, it re-directs you "back' to the "first" logged-in email account page, where you started, but does not allow you to toggle or switch back and forth between "Both" your email accounts. The "Manage" accounts feature is not working correctly. It has worked up until just recently.

MARK _SR  I'm experiencing the exact same problem precisely as you've described.  And yes, as you mentioned, it is a recent occurrence. Thanks!

I have found that if you clear your cookies and history, it works ok. At least it did for me! Good luck.

Thanks 78. It worked for me also. Being a Chrome user, I deleted cookies, etc - for the last 4 weeks, it took a few minutes.   Good luck to you too.

I am using Chrome and even tried it on Edge and still doing the same thing. Also cleared my browser and deleted all cookies. Any other suggestions?

Yes, it seems I was premature with the deleting cookies, etc. solution - the problem has returned.

Further research:  https://forums.att.com/t5/AT-T-Internet-Email-Security/unable-to-switch-email-accounts-on-my-chromebook-using-att-yahoo/td-p/5865805

One ATT contributor wrote that Yahoo had made a change and suggested use multiple browsers.  All Yahoo

documentation seems to indicate multiple concurrent accounts were still available.

Hmm.

This is not the correct solution.

So frustrating.  I am experiencing the same problem.  This happened last month too.  Then it corrected itself and now we have the same problem again
